dipity. productions
Our global community spoken word streaming publication is now live on Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple, iHeart, Amazon Music, and all other music platform channels. Note we do not have our YouTube channel up just our topic channel which is different. We are now accepting submissions for it through our Submittable site page. It’s the only category with a direct fee because of the processing work fees we face over publication and to cover the one-time costs of having it released (aside from one new upcoming submission type). Spoken word subs for dipty. productions must be previously unpublished.
We collaborated with one of our awesome volunteer staff members Eartha Davis for this example Anam Cara and a few others in our community featured in past issues of Dipity have examples of what we’re looking for incoming so be sure to follow on your preferred streaming platform to follow those releases! Give it a listen! We recommend following on Spotify because we’re working on putting the written word in pop-ups there to follow along potentially and video visuals for you guys soon! Thanks so much again Eartha—you rock!

ANTIQUE ROADSHIP - issue no. 4 status
We are undergoing quite a few sudden staffing and availability changes due to unforeseen life events, so I am working on rebuilding our volunteer staff sometime in the future and may onboard up to 2-3 others. We are waiting on a few more incoming items for issue no. 4 from a few others, but are still on track to get it released by the end of 2023. Please note all of our submission buckets will remain open unless we hit our caps or if something comes up schedule-wise. Do note we are changing the number of poems selected from 19 to 11 for the print issue’s submission section.
Symphonic Challenge round no. 2 Announcement
Congrats again to Alan Keith with his poem “Steel Man.” inspired by Metal from INGEGAR music @ingebar_music on Instagram. We read the winning poem on our podcast Hummingbird Blink Spotify episode no. 130 and I gave updates there. We awarded $50 USD to Alan Keith! Give it a listen if you missed it! Remember you can now submit audio and video to Hummingbird Blink and our sister podcast Moon Milk which going forward extends beyond just Spotify and Apple. Round no. 3 of the Symphonic Challenge will be up in the future with more awesome musicians/artists and be available again to submit to once we add our challenge page back to the new site layout. A few things were finicky or changed unexpectedly in the migration on our website poet bios/text font color-wise primarily—apologies again.
