Hi! Our Symphonic Challenge round no. 3 is open! We’re only able to award $50 USD to our fave poem from the challenge and hopefully, in the future with fundraising events, we may be able to bump it up. Our guidelines for the challenge have changed slightly so check out our Submittable page — decided to only permit the selection of past artists for every 2 rounds and to add one new one each time — so this is the 3rd meaning in the fourth you can still choose these same artists again too. You must choose artists we list via Submittable. All first-time subs are still free at Dipity Literary Magazine at this time.

Do note I do share these poems with the musicians, bands, and artists too and sometimes they may decide to help read the fave and share about their music journey, and their passion for writing as well on the Hummingbird Blink: Nectar Poetry Spotify podcast otherwise I just read the selection.

You’ll listen to their Spotify channel or YouTube library etc. and choose any ONE song of theirs to be inspired by for your poem. It must be evident that it is original and inspired by the lyrics. We are ok if you are inspired by a collective YouTube album or video of theirs but prefer one song be chosen.
